Wonderful staff and excellent doctors.

Dr Clark was very professional and surpassed my expectation for straighten my teeth via Invisalign.

I just experienced my “1st Visit” at Soutel Dental, on the 7th of Mar 2022, and I’m pleased to say it went great! I will definitely be returning for follow up treatment!

My experience was great; it was cordial, professional, and helpful. Care was taken to ward of COVID. Concern and care were exhibited for tne safety of the staff and for me. The treatment was effortless and painless.

Awesome Service

The staff was awesome and had no problem Scheduling an appointment both of mine were within days. The staff kept me updated and explained the material well. They were very comforting during my root canal and even held my hand when I was in pain and stopped when I told them too. They were very willing to spend the time and not just looking for money. They always answer their phones and never put on hold despite not having a lot of people. Would recommend very much the absolute best I went to in my life.

Service was awesome. I have been coming to this office for a few months and everything has been exceptionally great. thanks for all of the hard work.

STAFF: The staff at the Soutel Dental office were very friendly, professional, and attentive to the needs of the parent and the patient. SERVICES: As a newly registered patient it went quickly when discussing the initial process and documents needed. SAFETY: They require you to call upon arrival for them to call you back when ready to service you. They do not supply any mask. APPEARANCE: Well-kept, well-groomed, and are practicing hygiene care. FACILITY: Soutel Dental office is a small facility. PARKING: You enter and leave out through the same area, parking in the back of the office in a secluded area. PARENTS: For child care you're not allowed inside, consider other options. OFFICE TECHNOLOGY: The Office is behind on the use of up to date technology. One recommendation the use of a tablet with a camera to see while waiting outside. PAPERWORK: All the paperwork that’s provided isn’t detailed specific to the care of the patient and can be given to each patient.

My daughter has very bad teeth and our dentist in our small town never seen the urgency to fix them but I was referred to Dr. Clark and we are so glad we found them. Very courteous staff fast care and they have made my daughter's smile so worth the 40 minute drive. We love this place. Thank you

I've been going here for a few years and I truly care about these people. The office staff and doctors really go out of their way to make me feel good. Usually the dentist is a stressful visit, but not at the northside office. I love these ladies and Dr Clark!

If you're looking for a great dentist, you can stop looking. Drs. Bennie and Lorraine Clark are the best. The staff is friendl and professional. They even have two locations for your convenience. I fly from ATL to JAX for anything major, because I trust Dr. Bennie to do it right the first-time!

Dr Benny is a wonderful dentist with the friendliest staff, an awesome xray machine, sends appt reminders by text. Having painfree dental work is the Best!!!
