Making the Best of a Bad Experience
My molar extraction was a tooth broken at the gum. Dr Russell thoroughly explained the process and talked me through the procedure, telling me what was happening as he went along. Dr Russell knew I was very stressed and worried, and he was very calming for me. His office staff and assistants were warm and professional, too.No one wants to have oral surgery but as testament to his quality of work, he is now out of plan for me and I am returning for another procedure. I don't think I would want to go to anyone else.
