I was referred to Levi, DDS by another dentist. This office charged my insurance for an x-ray they never did. Being in PPO network, they added a bunch of codes to increase their tooth treatment estimate to over 3k for one tooth. I thought, if they are lying about such an inexpensive thing as an x-ray, what else they are lying about... So, I self referred to another endodontist, with more education. The second endodontist charged me three times (!) less than Levi DDS attempted to.
