Dr. Beena Lad, DDS

I am not sure if she was having a bad day or what but my first and definitely last interaction with her resulted in me deciding to stop the services before they actually started. Dr Lad's nonsense started after she had handed me all the paperwork to fill out. I was filling the paperwork out when she very rudely asked if I had the first page done. I told her yes while handing it to her and then said that there is a lot of paperwork to do with lots of questions. While I am continuing filling out the paperwork forms she asked me for my email address. I am frustrated now since if she would look at the paperwork in her hands she would see that in 2 separate locations that I have already written it down clearly. Biting my lip I walk up to the counter again and without saying a word point to the 2 different pieces of paper before her and nod my head. I then return to the other forms, complete them, and hand them to her. There aren't enough characters left to finish this
