I'd been a patient of Dr. Lezerkiewicz for decades. Her hours were inconvenient, but her staff was friendly and she adequate care. That changed when I received an implant at an oral surgeon's and Dr. L had to put on the abutment and crown as the final stage. First, she refused to give me Novocaine until she was well into the procedure, when it was too late. I experienced considerable pain. She did not apologize for her poor judgment. Then, her office manager refused to properly submit the claim to my insurance. Her excuse was, "You used your maximum for the year. It won't be covered." I argued that I still get the insurance company's contracted price. I wrote Dr. L a letter and sent it first by fax and then by U.S. mail, marked "Personal and Confidential". The billing was never corrected, and I never received an apology for the pain I experienced in her chair. It felt strange, because we could've worked it out if she'd just called me, but she didn't care enough to keep me as a patient.

The staff is amazing! My girls love going to see Dr Lezerkiewicz! They are kind, compassionate and above all honest!

We had a change in health care at work. So we sent here my updated insurance card. Her office informed us that we were covered. We made appointments and had our teeth cleaned and then received a bill for around $500. When questioned they appently never looked into my policy at all. The best they could do was say sorry and I had to only pay $360. I was tricked by them. Sad to think that is the only way they can get patients. I am sorry too.

not so great experience, save your money, go somewhere else... When I needed her the most, I couldn't schedule an urgent appointment.
