We saw Dr. McDonald and she told me that my son needed two caps on his lower molars. To do this she wanted to sedate him, twice for cavities that we're in between his teeth. She gave me no other options when I asked for them. I took him and the x-rays to my dentist who looked at them and said - no way, he wouldn't do anything at all right now and that he only saw one small de-mineralization, no actual cavities. I am NOT happy with her and feel she is dishonest.

Her bedside manner is terrible. She wasn't respectful to me as a parent and my daughter was not comfortable with her at all. I have my child brush twice a day and she treated me like I never have her brush and she was very cold and rude as she explained LOUDLY and briskly what my daughter needed to have done right in front of everyone in the waiting room. I was in shock because the other dentist at the facility is WONDERFUL.
