Vertically Challenged
Dr Lau is a great dentist. Dr Lau listens to patient’s concerns, very compassionate, highly knowledgeable, even displays a sense of humor. Dr Lau explains everything in lay persons terms so the patient can make the decisions for their care. In summary, Dr Lau is a true professional. Dr Lau reflects credit upon herself and A+ dental.

Very Professional
I had a great visit with Dr. Lau just over a month ago. The office staff were wonderful and inviting and the doctor herself was very professional, she described to me everything that she was doing and I appreciated that. Impeccable work, pain free experience and no issues. Will return!

Great!!
my recent visit with Dr. Lau was incredible. She did a crown and 2 fillings and it was all pain free and my teeth looked great and felt amazing afterwards!

Not good
She attempts to feign experience but clearly lacking it. Several interactions are proving so with shotty work and attempts to blame pt when things go wrong.
