Dr. Arva Lumpkin, DMD

Dr. Lumpkin came highly recommended by a friend who like me, wanted a dentist skillful at preserving teeth. She did not disappoint! I didn't experience the 'up sale' methodology where aggressive salesmanship overshadowed genuine and necessary dental care. The office and staff were great. Cleanliness and professionalism at its best. I look forward to a long standing partnership for my dental care with Dr. Lumpkin and her office.

First off I want to say that the front desk staff was pleasant. The hygienist that I had the first time was great and the one I had the second time was very kind and gentle. I was able to see another doctor for the permanent crown and he was the young male doctor. He was also very kind and gentle and had a great bedside manner. I went to go see Dr. Lumpkin after having had a root canal at another facility. Dr Lumpkin was going to do the temporary crown. When she first entered the room her bedside manner was gruff and unwelcoming. She told me that I had other things wrong with my teeth that I had never been told by another dentist. I have since gotten two other opinions and both me that there is anything wrong with my teeth. She stated that my front two teeth were ' leaking' and I had other areas that might be concerning as far as cavities. I've been a patient of Dr. Lumpkin's for over 35 years. I've always received excellent service from she and her staff. Dr. Lumpkin is thorough and knowledgeable, I've had great experiences with the dental assistants and Jessica is the best office manager I've encountered in any doctor's office. I highly recommend the Vinings Center for Dentistry!

Dr. Lumpkin is arrogant and disrespectful when questioning her markedly excessive treatment plans.

The entire practice is wonderful! Beautiful office, lovely office manager (Jessica), fantastic hygienist (Young) and of course Dr. Lumpkin knows her stuff. So helpful in everyway!
