Good Experience
I had an appointment with Dr. Moore regarding some joint problems with my jaw. He swiftly diagnosed the issues and reassured me that the problem I was experiencing was fixable. He gave me a treatment plan and it was a very brief but effective visit. He was very kind to me during this experience. After reading some of these negative reviews, I had gone in anxious, but my experience with him was very pleasant and I am glad to have seen him.

Life Changing
Dr Moore is the most knowledgable, thorough and personable doctor I’ve ever met. There’s a reason his appointments are booked out- he’s that good and it’s absolutely worth having patience to see him. I had severe jaw and neck pain. I’ve had TMJ for years but I started experiencing migraines, neck muscle pains and was experiencing sinusitis symptoms every few weeks for nearly a year. I had been to several different doctors and allergists. Since visiting Dr Moore my pain and sinus symptoms have completely stopped. His passion for his field is unmatched. He takes pride in his work and continues his research to help his patients. He thinks outside the box to find realistic solutions rather than just throwing medicine at the problem. He hand carved my night guard to ensure the proper fit- the quality was 10times better than the one from my dentist. The world needs more Dr Moores. I’m incredibly thankful our paths crossed and my quality of life has significantly improved!!

Really wanted to believe
I have suffered from TMJ for years. After loads of research I found Dr Moore and thought I would finally find relief. In my initial visit I told him that I have bad TMJ and my left jaw has been locked for months. He seriously told me “you don’t have bad TMJ, what you have is a complete inability to manage your own stress. But I can help”. I mean…okay. I’ve been here for two minutes and you’re saying this? Awkward. He then told me the mouth guard my dentist gave me was basically trash and I should throw it away. He made me a new mouth guard that cost $1200 (which I was told upfront it would not be covered by insurance). Then, he put me on Xanax to take at night to prevent clenching. My PCP and dentist were aghast that he would prescribe such an addictive medication. He’s arrogant, dismissive and patronizing. Oh, and that $1200 mouth guard? IT is basically trash and after a year I have seen no improvement. Maybe I’m so stressed because I can’t find an honest doctor to help me.

Dr. Moore is intelligent and does his job well. Price is high, and Lauren doesn't accept credit or debit cards (even though Dr. Moore did at his other office location.) making it difficult to pay unless you have a check or cash. His assistant, Lauren, in her attempts to do her job well, is rigid and lacks compassion for patients due to the inflexibility.

I had searched Google to find out about Dr. Moore. There were various testimonials (either real good or not so good). I was pleasantly surprised after my hour visit! Dr. Moore gave me the most extensive exam that I have ever received. Through our discussion after the exam, was able to pinpoint areas that were contributing to my TMJ. He explained why areas such as sleep and nutrition were contributing to my TMJ. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this doctor to others.

Awful doctor ever. Filled with arrogance. Doesn't care about his patients feelings. Staffs are careless. If you try to ask to schedule an appointment, they sound like, they want to attack you. They don't care how you feel. You have to practically plead for appointment. I think since Dr. Moore became popular, he has forgotten his main duty, which is to care about his patients feelings and concerns. He's always in a rush. Patients should stop going to him. His arrogant behavior is increasing.

Dr. Moore is an amazing doctor. Compassionate and very caring about his patients. I highly recommend Orofacial & Dental Implant Surgery at Stonerock. Lauren is fantastic and goes above and beyond to make the scheduling process easy and convenient.

My daughter was referred to Dr. Moore for TMJ. The visit cost $270 for 12 minutes of the doctor’s time—no tests were run. Dr. Moore was abrasive, asked irrelevant questions, and told her to stop taking her antidepressant. My daughter explained that she is being treated by a psychiatrist for depression, and that she has made great strides due to the medication. Dr. Moore had no business insisting she “stop taking the Lexipro.” He was unprofessional and did nothing to help her TMJ.

My adult daughter recently saw Dr. Moore for TMJ. She was referred by her dentist, whom she trusts. Dr. Moore charged $270 for a rushed 12 minute visit (no tests) during which time he asked her irrelevant questions and then told her to "Stop taking Lexapro." My daughter is under care for depression and she has made great strides in getting better. In one swoop, Dr. Moore destroyed that. He was aggressive, insensitive, and is NOT a psychiatrist. The TMJ remains untreated.

Have been a patient of Orofacial & Dental Implant Surgery for a year now. I suffer from TMJ, so I see Dr. Arthur Moore. Dr. Moore's coordinator Lauren is always very professional, patient and kind. It's refreshing to go to a Drs. appt. and not have to wait to be seen, Dr. Moore has always been on time! Dr. Moore is very thorough, professional, explains how he practices medicine, doesn't rush you out the door and makes time for his patients! Very pleased and satisfied with my visits.
