Alex is a great dental hygienist! The doctor on the other hand is not very personable. I saw him for maybe 2 minutes and that was it. The office is very disorganized when it comes to scheduling.

They make you feel like your problems will vanish. They charm you into paying up front with an interest-free finance plan. Then, as with any purchase paid up front, there appears to be no urgency to actually do any of the work promised. Nine months from payment in full to placement of a crown in an implant. An implant I was told I needed because I couldn’t allow an open spot in my upper molars for an extended period. Lots of bells and whistles, pretty new equipment and cheerful tunes. Dentistry, not so much. Time will tell if the actual dental work is any good. But the sour taste left by the questionable business practice won’t get any better in time. I will pay the balance next year to avoid interest and be done with this office. One star is one too many.

This man is a charlatan. Told my son He had cavities. Told me I grind my teeth at night! He is all about the money… lied to me about taking my dental insurance, and I had to pay upfront… he won’t even submit paperwork! Be very careful! Went to another dentist… my son had no cavities and we quickly switched dentists! Caveat Emptor

This dentist is a gimmick. They do not honor the "new patient" special and the way they go around it is by diagnosing you with a mild case of inflamed gums. I have not had a single cavity my entire life and have never been diagnosed with inflamed gums. They wanted to charge me $175 for the "extra special" cleaning, and then charge the "new patient rate" on the follow-up visit. I don't see a discount at all. Then I asked to get the regular cleaning instead and come back once the insurance in my job kicks in within the next few weeks and they said they couldn't do that because, their words, "a regular cleaning is just a polishing". No it's not. Every regular cleaning I've ever had removes plaque. They are inflexible and this is basically a scam dentist office looking for every penny they can squeeze out. Take your money elsewhere.

I travel over 1.5 hours to is this dentist. This should give you an idea of how I feel. Not only is he an awesome dentist, his staff is phenomenal. I recommend this dentist 100%.......it's worth the drive to know you're going to receive the best care possible.
