I’m not one that looks forward to seeing a dentist, but this was truly a wonderful experience. Staff was exceptional and facilities were state of the arts. Really enjoyed my visit and cleaning.

This visit was a follow up visit of the incomplete root canal treatment from the past. Dr. Reid and staff are very knowledgeable and thorough. He is open to discuss options and provide information I seek. His gentle manner out me at ease. Dr. Reid and his staff make sure my comfort and gives best care at each visit that I indeed enjoy my visit. The personalized music selection and the beautiful scenery displayed on the screen just put me relax, with his skill and this superb environment I recommend Dr. Reid to all my friends!

I absolutely recommend anyone to visit and/or transfer to #thesmiledoc. My experiences have been amazing and for anyone with anxiety or mouth insecurities, this place will debunk all of those emotions/feelings. I came in for a gum treatment and I was extremely nervous. Throughout the entire process, I was put at ease and even learn a trick with salt! (this helps if you have gag reflux). It was truly a spa treatment for the mouth and I’m so incredibly thankful to the entire team there. They’re more than amazing, truly professional and kind. I highly recommend.

Literally the most amazing dentist ever... top notch high quality facility with the latest and greatest to make the dentist at easy as possible. Great with my super anxious kid. Fast, quick but incredibly great work. Most friendly staff I've ever experienced hands down. Just tremendously incredible visits all around coming from someone whose kid has actually been banned from several dentist offices!!!

Dr. Reid and staff were wonderful and very patient. They took the time to address my concerns and effectively lowered my anxiety to work on my teeth, (which is through the roof!). I am willing to drive an hour out just to keep him as my dentist! I highly recommend him to anyone looking for someone who cares!

Making an appointment was facilitated by a warm and genuinely interested staff. Business-like, yet welcoming. I arrived on time and waited, perhaps, 5 minutes before I was called in (which is a peeve of mine...going to appointments and having to wait long times!). The staff are efficient, capable, and help you to relax. I had to have a dental procedure requiring anesthesia. I gripped my own legs waiting for the needle and some sort of discomfort. I felt none. Wow, this is the kind of service I like, and you will too. Additionally, no attempt to pad the bill with extras. Simply what you need. Can't beat that for caring service.
