I asked for a copy of my xrays and they didn’t give me.The doctor doesn’t speak English well and I couldn’t understand.

IF I COULD GIVE THEM A 0 I WOULD. MY DAD WENT THERE FOR A TOOTH EXTRACTION AND WAS TOLD HIS INSURANCE DIDN'T COVER IT. THEY MADE HIM PAY FOR THE VISIT AND THEY ALSO CHARGED THE INSURANCE. WE CALLED THE INSURANCE TO FIND OUT WHY WASN'T IT COVERED AND THAT'S HOW WE FOUND OUT THEY HAD PAYED FOR THE EXTRACTION. THE INSURANCE OPENED UP AN INVESTIGATION AND SEND US A LETTER STATING THEY HAD TO GIVE MY DAD A REFUND. WHEN WE WENT TO THE OFFICE WITH THE LETTER, THEY WERE GIVING US THE RUN AROUND AND SAID THEY WERE TOO BUSY. AFTER ALL THE BACK AND FORTH AND THEM GIVING US THE RUN AROUND AND MAKING US WAIT, THEY GAVE US THE MONEY. THEY PUT US THROUGH HELL AND THEY ARE VERY NASTY. PLEASE BEWARE OF WHAT THIS OFFICE IS CHARGING YOU FOR AND WHAT THEY ARE CHARGING THE INSURANCE. THEY ARE TAKING ADVANTAGE AND SCAMMING PEOPLE.
