Not good. Her style regarding permanent crowns is from the 70's or older. No scanner but alginate is used for taking the expressions. Expect gag out the nasty alginate material out of your throat. She does not use equipment to minimize loss of blood while shaping the tooth. Lasers are best to minimize and control gum bleeding. Expect to leave the clinic with dried blood lip stick on your lips. The result of not controlling blood loss from gums. Finally, she speaks a lousy English. She speaks very simple English. I was not able to understand her conversation. She is very loud when she speaks. I have only seen this on people with hearing problems. The loudness of her speech interferes with understanding what she is trying to say. She delivered a crown with exposed metal as the ceramic had chipped. She responded, 'this is how crowns are made now.' What a primitive answer. She won't replace the crown. This is very surprising results as she calls herself a Prosthodontist (expert in crowns).
