Dr. Anna Fromzel, DDS

Worst dental experience ever. Dr. Fromzel fitted me for a crown that felt too big. After filing it while still in my mouth, it still didn’t feel right. A week later, another dentist said it needed to be redone. I asked Dr. Fromzel for a refund to go elsewhere, but she refused and insisted I return. She filed the crown again but eventually agreed to replace it. When fitting the new crown, her assistant demanded I sign a form stating I was happy with the crown —before it was even cemented in my mouth. I refused to sign, noting I wasn’t asked to sign anything when I got the 1st crown. The assistant rudely insisted, but I declined. Dr. Fromzel cemented the crown without comment and left the room. Staff tried to force me to sign the form as I was leaving. The crown feels fine now, so I'm hoping it holds. The staff is rude and unprofessional, demanding payment upfront and talking down to patients. Dr. Fromzel is slightly better than her assistant, but I’ll never return. Avoid this office!

Wrong diagnosis, likely to bill insurance. She told me I needed a root canal. Another dentist could not find anything wrong with the tooth in question.

Was in an in and out visit! Took me right away but didn’t really help me with my current situation. Just prescribed meds. Didn’t feel like I was getting positive answers. Diagnosed me i correctly after getting a second opinion. Do not trust. Waste of time!

Doctor Fromzel is dishonest! She will give you a fake diagnosis to bill your insurance. She told me I needed root canal procedures which was completely false according to 2 other dentists. I would not recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Fromzel is one of the best dentists I have ever visited, and being a patient at Family Dental Care has been an amazing experience. I just completed a huge, months-long reconstruction which included root canals and crowns for four of my front upper teeth and some fillings in other teeth in different parts of my mouth. There are many points of excellence to discuss here: The office is immaculate; it is the cleanest dental facility I have ever been in. Dr. Fromzel and her entire staff exhibit a very high level of professionalism, are kind and knowledgeable, and are very patient-outcome oriented. All stages of the procedures were fully explained to me and my experience was exactly what I was told to expect. All of my questions were addressed and satisfactorily answered. Dr. Fromzel and her team worked closely with my insurer to create the best treatment plan for me. What can I say? For the first time in many years, I have a wonderfully beautiful smile. I am no longer embarrass

After a few years of going to her, I found her untrustworthy and money-grubbing. The office puts on a great show of caring and compassion including the doctor, her assistant/ office manager, and receptionist. Even before the procedure is complete the billing is very important to them. Mostly, I was very disheartened when the doctor recommended one procedure after another when my family went for tooth cleaning making me feel suspicious that all these procedures were unnecessary. Finally, I left the practice when a crown she had done fell off just before a scheduled surgery I had to undergo, and when I called for an appointment they left me hanging. This was unprofessional and unethical. I would not recommend this practice to patients looking for a dentist.

Very pleasant staff who answers all questions and explains procedures well. At other previous dentists I would experience considerable pain from various procedures. Since coming to Dr. Fromzel I have had no pain and the procedures have been quick and efficient.

I went to her years ago. DO NOT TRUST. She did not properly treat my root canal (which 2 other dentists said was not a cavity) and insisted on emergency molar removal. Both procedures gave me serious infections. When I went to her she said I wasn't brushing well enough. I visited an oral surgeon who said the work wasn't properly done. She also insisted I had to buy special solution to swirl at night and see her 4 times a year. I had six cavities with her in three years. Since going to two other dentists, I've had no cavities. I am posting today, December 2019 because my current dentist said the fillings she used were filled with poor material and were already falling apart. She said these materials had not been industry standard for over 25 years. She might seem sweet but she takes advantage of your wallet and insurance. My final straw with her was after going 4x a year and paying a lot of money, I had to cancel my checkup the day of due to having the flu. She billed me $100!

It seems like she is very greedy. She made up a cavity at the root that does not exist and wanna extract five of my molars based on this bad tooth, then put two implants on my right side so that I can chew thanks to her mercy. I asked two dentists about her treatment plan. They both think it is ridiculous, and cannot find the cavity at the root that she claimed she found all of a sudden. And btw, the tooth which she found a cavity at the root, is the same tooth she just did a filling (on top).

Do not feel comfortable with her and her processional advice.Had one visit and suspect .

Bad experience with Dr. Fromzel .she doesn't know what she is doing .i did root canal with her since have it my tooth heart i had infection .i won't recommend her to nobodi won't give her no star but they wont show my writing until i give star

This dentist is untrustworthy and will do procedures on your teeth when none are necessary. This was confirmed by a second opinion. Worst dentist experience ever and I would not recommend Fromzel to anyone.

I came to Dr. Anna Fromzel 9 years ago. Prior to coming to her, I was seen by a different dentist and was told that I did not have any cavities, although I could see the actual cavities myself. Doctor Fromzel fixed all my cavities. Since I started getting cleaning every 6m, I have not had a single cavity. I would definitely recommend Dr. Fromzel to anyone.

Excellent on every level, including her staff.
