denied service insurance said was covered, rude, cancelled follow up appointment and wouldnt release xrays

This place is extremely unorganized and the staff is just plain incompetent. I was over charged for each of my visits even though I have insurance and had to bring it up with staff.

On recommendation from a coworker, first visit to this dentist was for a crown. First thing he tells me was i have two cavities. Not that he knew from x-rays but because he's a dentist. That should give me pause and stop the crown. I brush my teeth well every day. Then he took a long time grinding my tooth to a stub imo. For a gold crown, shouldnt need much grinding. On the second visit, to put my perm gold crown on, he took about 2 hrs shaving the crown to fit my tooth. Without asking, he sta
