Poor customer service
The front office staff was argumentative and unprofessional. For example, when I asked how much my appointment would cost out of pocket, they couldn't be bothered to find this information. Instead I got a sarcastic response. Overall, they made it clear that they don't want to be asked any questions, nor do they want my business. Later, the dentist apparently canceled my appointment because I was being too "argumentative."
