Pleasantly surprised
I recently discovered they treat kids dental needs and switched my 6yo son to his practice. We discovered he had some cavities from an x-ray and I thought “ oh no this is going to be stressful” but they were great! My son didn’t even notice when they gave him the numbing shot in his mouth! He still doesn’t know they even gave him a shot. He also enjoyed watching SpongeBob while we were waiting.

Dr. Koester is an outstanding dentist. He is very sensitive and empathetic, has great manual skills and sound judgment. He is in the process of putting veneers on my four front teeth. He advised a more conservative treatment (only 4 teeth) instead of more, which I appreciate. He works well with all the (well-trained and professional) staff and is very down-to-earth and friendly, too. Highest recommendation.

dr koester is a great dentist, and a nice guy. he is a positive factor to this dental practice. however, i think this survey is disrespectful to the dental hygienist, heather, which was the purpose of this dental visit. your survey doesn't even acknowledge her, and she is a key person for the success of this dental office.

I have a lot of anxiety relative to previous dental experiences. However, I can honestly say the experiences with Dr Koester eliminated the fear and anxiety I previously felt. He was supportive, tailored the treatment to my needs and was not judgmental of my fears! I highly recommend him!
