Just visited Dr. Bertnolli’s office for the first time. He was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable considering I fear having any dental work done. Definitely going to start going there for all my dental work.

GREAT!!! Great customer service, very helpful! Dr. B. Is the Best! The whole staff at Dr. Bertnolli's office is very helpful and and they take the time to explain everything you need to know before you get started. I would definitely recommend Dr. Bertnolli.

HORRIBLE! Bad customer service, RUDE front desk lady, and they don't explain or guide patients through the process. If you xray someone and can't do the work, and have to refer them out, don't make an appointment to waste their time, and attempt to work on other things they don't want worked on, just so you can get paid. I know how the insurance/healthcare industry works, its a business. BAD BAD BAD, Overall poor and I'm in Healthcare.
