Is arrogant when it comes to poor patients. Talked down to me like I was an imbecile. Seems to be kind only to her well to do customers. She just LOVES rich people. Her doctor-father had been my neurologist. Well, he isn't any longer since I do not want either one of them. They are not good people.

I bit into something hard and the bonding came off of my front tooth. Dr. Schmerler got me in the very next morning bright and early. Friendly, great service, nice office. I would, and have highly recommended Dr. Schmerler.

Dr. Schmerler's front desk, Julie, has terrible customer service. Whats worse, she was rude and because I was over the validity of a bill, I was told to find another dentist. Then I tried to go into the office to discuss this with Dr. Schmerler and Julie, her front desk person, refused to let me talk to the Dr. Refused to let me wait advising she was going to call the police. I guess as a patient of Dr. Schmerler's , you better NEVER question their bills. SHameful to treat people this way.

I just had two fillings completed today. Very smooth and easy experience. Dr. Schmerler and the staff are extremely gentle and know what they are doing. I highly recommend to others.
