Dr. Balica is reliant upon patients not asking questions or being informed. Her bedside manner is appalling, the small office does not provide a HIPAA complaint environment as patient information and privacy are invaded constantly as the entire staff discusses each case and asks medical questions which are heard throughout the office because there is nonexistent separation between patient treatment rooms and the waiting rooms. The office needs to be audited and modernized.
