Poor communication between doctor and their staff. The staff called us in stating they received Medical approval for root canal and schedule an appointment. Showed up and stated they can't do it because the cavity is too deep. This should have been assess on the first visit when xray was taken and should have clear direction to the staff what would be needed for the next appointment rather then scheduling the appointment and done nothing. Stating the staff didn't know anything and had miscommunication. between staff and doctor. Doesn't the staff know how to read the chart notes and what the doctor need to work on for the next appointment? Wasted the patience time on making a trip out to their location in the rain. also, the patient is a senior and they should be mindful on this. if you want a dentist that cares about their patient and has a better office management vs just wanting to make money on dental work, go somewhere else.
