Dr. Amin Samadian, DDS

When I went for the first time I was made a proposal and they made me sign a service contract where all the work that would be done and the values ??were. I paid the first installment and when contesting a service that I was not happy with, the attendant said that there was an update on my contract and that I should pay another $9k in addition to what was contracted. This dentist is not a person would run away from them.

Two crowns were placed that I did not need. I was pressured into having them done. I am a cash paying patient and was taken advantage of. One of the crowns had irreversible pulpitis and I had to get a root canal. I have a bite disorder which I explained to the dentist. He said it was "no problem". The crowns changed my bite even more and I had excruciating tension headaches for a month. Dr. Samadian attempted to treat me for TMD with an oral appliance. The appliance did not fit correctly and caused the pain to move from my head and jaw into my face. It was a HORRIBLE experience. I kept going back into their office for help with no relief. I finally went to a different dentist who adjusted my bite correctly and was able to help me. I have asked for a refund for the two crowns that caused me so much distress. Instead I have received a bill in the amount of $4,824.00 for the TMD treatment that made my symptoms worse. I advise anyone with complex oral/facial issues to AVOID this practice.

I've been seeing Dr. Amin Samadian for many years now, and he is outstanding, efficient, and thorough. He is a highly skilled dentist, and I always felt 100% at ease sitting in his chair through braces and sealants. My sister was tense when it comes to getting dental work done, and she has been pleased with her treatment as well here.
