Dishonest to say the least.
She examed me for a minute and outlined four issues and steered me to treatment including two major procedures. I didn't have any symptoms and wasn't experiencing any issue. I was there for only a routine every six-month cleaning. In disbelief, as only six months before I got a total clean bill of dental health from another dentist as I have for years, I sought a second opinion that confirmed my suspicion of Dr. Hartzell's lies.
