Dr. Allan Witkowski, DMD

We became patients of this office seven or so years ago and were very happy with the services when both dentists, Drs. Witkowski were involved in the practice. Once one of them left, the level of service declined. I had my six-month scheduled appointment canceled last minute and they were not able to “fit me in” for 2 ½ months. We were overcharged hundreds of dollars on our credit card and it took numerous phone calls to get a credit a couple of weeks later. I went to have a surface cavity filled and was not told I needed to pre-medicate as I do with cleanings. I was not told this and they would not do the fillings that day. At this point, three strikes and you’re out and we went to another, more responsible and reliable dentist practice in Madison. The office staff was very nasty to me and, due to my experience, appear very incompetent.
