I have been extremely satisfied with Dr. Cretu's work. She surrounds herself with a well trained staff and together they excel at their profession. I have been impressed with both the quality and the aesthetic appearance of the work Dr. Cretu has performed for me. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. This practice goes all out for their patients. It is the BEST practice I have ever been a part of after many, many years of dental care.

Dr is very tempermental. She did not want to fix partial that she broke. When she finally did fix it, she charged for it (she broke the 1st one), then got very rude about having to make adjustments on the new one. Tried to overcharge for fillings, however dental plan did not allow her to. I would not recommend this dentist to anyone.

Made an appointment and because they were running behind a bit and had a different person work on my teeth they could not finish the full cleaning in time for me to get back to work, So I had to come back on my on my next day off for them to finish. So they had the NERVE to charge my insurance for 2 full cleanings.... Money hungry lying Office..
