Dr. Alexandre Fleury, DDS

I have had two root canals performed by Dr. Fleury. This morning was the second. He is amazing! He told me everything about my procedure before he started. I felt small pinches during the numbing process, but the root canal itself was painless and I felt no discomfort. I can not recommend him enough. Thank you so much Dr. Fleury!

I needed a root canal. I made an appointment, and they gave me the wrong address. I spent time going to the right address, only for them to then tell me that they couldn't do the root canal since I was late and Dr. Fleury had immediately made plans to go back home early. Then, I made a new appointment. They confirmed with me twice on Tuesday and Wednesday. When I got there on Thursday, I found out that they had cancelled my appointment because Dr. Fleury called in and cancelled all his appointments for the day. The doctor and staff don't respect your time, and expect you to work around their slapdash scheduling.

I never saw Dr. Fleury for consultation. I refused to pay upfront and sign contract for cost of imaging that would likely not be necessary in my case. If Dr. Fleury had recommended during consultation and reviewed my general dentist x-ray (office staff never acknowledged receiving) that I get further imaging to evaluate…I certainly would have done so. (I did offer to pay upfront for the "other services" and according to the contract *may* be reimbursed by my insurance.) I do not recommend because of Dr. Fleury’s office staff insisting this was office policy to pay upfront for services that may not be rendered or unknown out-of-pocket cost, i.e. no estimate was given as to my insurance coverage. (I did the office staff's homework and knew that UHC covered a portion of this particular imaging/dx code).

Overall Great experience from scheduling the appointment to the check out process. All members were friendly and nice, taking time to explain each step of the process. Made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. Will definitely recommend to friends and family!

They don't tell you when expensive (and unnecessary) in house imaging isn't covered by insurance, even after checking insurance well over a week before the appointment and confirming that the doctor is in network; they conveniently omitted the fact that the imaging they recommend would have to be paid out of pocket. Do not recommend.

Dr. Fleury was kind, compassionate, patient, thorough, etc. I am very fearful of dentists and I have learned to trust him. I highly recommend him. A plus, it is very easy to get an appointment.
