Very accommodating and friendly.

Dr. Pfau always takes great care of my child during his six month cleanings. He and his staff take care to make sure that he is always comfortable during his cleaning and exam. He does a better job than the folks at the pediatric dentistry.

I hate the dentist, but Dr. Pfau and his staff are great and provide a comfortable service. I would recommend them to anyone!!

Dr. Alex is an excellent dentist. He is very personable and makes you feel at ease. He and every staff member go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and taken care of during your visit. The assistant who took care of me, Sarah, is great; great personality and very skilled. I was concerned I would need to have adjustments to my fillings, but they were perfect!

Dr. Pfau and his staff treated me on short notice as I was in extreme pain. They were friendly and courteous. I will recommend them to others as I look forward to my next visit.

To be honest the likelihood of me recommending Dr. Pfau is excellent only if asked by someone seeking a dentist, and thus far in my life no one has ever done so, but if by chance it ever is brought up in conversation, I will be happy to do so.

Gentle informative treatment

Very nice and such an enjoyable and lovely staff. I feel welcome and valued. I don't feel pain or fear when I have appointments. They take care of you and your needs, far above and beyond. They explain everything and go over your needs and plan. I love it here. Definitely my new dental home.

I have only great things to say about my care by Dr. Dfau. He has a very calming demeanor and seems to really care about his patients. My crown work was excellent and all other care related to it also. Thank you to him and his staff.

I was having pain and swelling in my back lower left jaw so called to see if I could get an appointment as a new patient. They were able to see me within an hour! The staff were very nice and after x-rays Dr Alex saw me right away. He was very professional and compassionate. I was put on antibiotic traestment and scheduled for procedure at my convenience within the next week. Very, very pleased with my experience. Have already referred two of my co-workers who were looking for a good dentist.

I would recommend Dr Pfau to anyone. I was terrified of going to a Dentist due to past experience. Dr Pfau understood and made me feel comfortable. Was very little pain. I had 6 teeth pulled and was up and going the same day. All of the employees and very friendly and easy to talk too. Thank you Dr Pfau for being so understanding.
