Dr. Alex Goodman, DMD

It is Lynda again, I, of course went back Dr. Goodman's office after the Coronavirus alert was lifted today. I am happy to report that all the kind and gentle care is still in place from the receptionist, hygienist and the Dr.. However, I did have hygienist last year (who will remain anonymous) in this same office who did not meet Miranda's great standard of care. I only hope that she may read this and understand that my constructive criticism is just that. She was abrupt, not genital, condescending and just altogether unpleasant which made it a stressful experience. Miranda is the total opposite. She is great and a supportive technician. Returning to the previous technician you know who you are and you could learn a great deal from Miranda, how to be a better employee. In any case, I now know that Miranda is the only hygienist that I will allow into my mouth...ha ha
