Experience had been very good; Dr Dolgov left the Oxford area several years ago (while I was on an extended vacation). I was surprised a new dr. had taken over the practice when I went in for my next scheduled appointment. No explanation or introductory post or email had been received.

I went as a new patient because of tooth pain. I was told, after X-rays, that I urgently needed a root canal because at some point the tooth was going to die (it had not happened yet!). I refused to do it and got a second opinion from an older dentist who, the moment he looked at the same X-ray, said that the tooth could be saved with just a very deep filing. I went with the other doctor and my tooth is fine. I felt Dr. Dolgov was pushing for an invasive procedure before it was truly necessary.

Could not be more dissatisfied. Very brief visit (and an $150 X-ray!) Dolgov told my son he couldn't take care of his problem & referred him to an oral surgeon - 1 wisdom tooth had FULLY come through (did we READ the x-ray?) causing an ulcer - 5 minutes later, w/o anesthesia or x-ray the tooth was out & the oral surgeon was APOLOGIZING that the general dentist hadn't taken care of it for us! Dolgov's bill? - TRIPLE the surgeon's & they wouldn't reduce it! BTW website says they do wisdom teeth!

Very friendly staff, professional, clean & accommodating. They are sensitive to my pain & make any adjustments needed to keep me comfortable. If you have to go to a dentist, may as well go to Dr. Dolgov, where you are treated like a friend/family, than go somewhere else & be treated like a number.

Dr. Dolgov makes you feel highly comfortable and always suggests the best treatment options to fit your personal budget. He is warm and welcoming to his patients. I highly reccomend him if you are looking for a professional dentist and atmosphere.

Dr. Dolgov is very thorough. He was able to clearly explain different procedures, and help me come up with the best treatment options for me and my budget. Dr. Dolgov was also very personable, patient, and listened to my concerns.
