Dr. Alena Sergaeva, DDS

Dr. Sergaeva is a knowledgeable, kind and gentle dentist. She has a warm demeanor which instantly put my daughter at ease. She clearly explained the procedure and outlined the steps she would take to try the least intrusive ( and therefore less expensive) option while still being effective. My daughter only wants to see her going forward. I highly recommend her!

Dr. Alena Sergaeva is a wonderful doctor. My son had cavities in most of his baby molars. Many of them had infected nerve and were very difficult to keep. He was 5 when she completed all of the treatments on him with the laughing gas. He is turning 12 this January and lost all of his baby teeth. Not once did he have an issue with any of the teeth that Dr. Sergaeva had treated, he naturally lost all of his baby teeth and never needed any additional work on them. She also did a wonderful job with managing his anxiety – he was scared in the beginning but despite difficult treatments that involved root canals and silver crowns, he still sat for all of the visits and was willing to come back. She just talked to him throughout the appointments and distracted him during the shots.

Dr. Sergaeva was amazing! We were told by multiple dentists that my daughter would have to go under for all the procedures she needed, other dentists were worried she was too young to sit still long enough and that she would fear the dentist if her procedures were done while she was awake, the procedure included teeth extractions, fillings and space maintainers. Dr. Sergaeva was patient and strategic in how she broke up each procedure into separate appointments, over the course of a couple of weeks she slowly completed all procedures, patiently chatting with my daughter to distract her during procedures and gladly rescheduling when my daughter was not able to handle a certain procedure. My daughter now has healthy teeth and does not fear the dentist! I highly recommend Dr. Sergaeva as a pediatric dentist!

Dr. Sergaeva is great! My daughters loved her, she is very kind and gentile. On several occasions she went out of her way to help us out.

Very sweet and very patient. Great with kids, luckily we just come in for check-ups but every time it's a very positive experience!

She is simply GREAT! She always let us, as the parents, give her our opinion after her assessments & from there we decided together on how to go about things. Our old dentist was quick to conclude using anesthesia &/or sleeping gas and it was either her way or find someone else, so we did. The kids, which were 4 and 5 at the time, were just scared to go to their prior dentist until we started to go to Alena and now they really look forward to going to their dentist. We HIGHLY recommend her.

This doctor is wonderful- she gets in there, gets her work done, all while making the kids comfortable. Both my girls had a fear of the dentist due to a bad experience with a previous doctor, and doctor Sergaeva put them at ease. They actually look forward to their cleaning appointments. She's wonderful and really has a gift when it comes to working with kids.

Dr. Sergaeva is the most professional, knowledgeable, patient, and nicest doctor I've ever met. My 4 year old son didn't even notice that she drilled his tooth to make a root canal!...My son had a lot of cavities at the time, and Dr. Sergaeva fixed them all in approximately a 6 month period, and now, for almost 2 years, we are making appointments just for cleaning and regular checkup. My son loves to see Dr. Sergaeva, and always asks when he will see her next time.

The facility denied services to a child in pain on 4/21/2017. The child was initially brought to the office with toothache on 2/14/2017. The patient's mother asked the doctor to fix the tooth in pain first. The office instead performed panoramic xray, fluoride treatment and prophylaxis in addition to regular xrays and exam. On that day the patient was released with tooth in pain. The next appointment was scheduled in 2 months. The office did not explain the benefits. The patient was charged for

Dr. Sergaeva is the most patient dentist I have ever met. My child kept asking questions, moving throughout the procedure, being very impatient. It's a miracle how well she worked with him and he didn't even realize that he was getting a shot!!!!!!

Doctor rushed through the appt. Started drilling my daughter's tooth immediately after the novocain shot without giving it any time to numb her. Didn't stop to listen to my concerns as a parent that my child was in pain as she was drilling. Appeared very awkward in her technique and bruised my child's tongue when polishing her tooth. Extremely disappointed - will never return.
