Dr. Alecsandra Alexander, DDS

She was rude at the very start of my visit (which started over a half hour late). She came in admonishing me for not sitting “properly” in the chair, ignoring that I was not reclining bc her asst had just asked me to leave the room to take X-rays. She was unable to answer many of my questions bc apparently the website lies about the devices offered. There is no way I would allow such an unprofessional, rude individual to handle my dental care. She never apologized for being loud, rude, & wrong and the visit went completely downhill. I don’t trust her or this center to handle my care and I will tell anyone who asks to stay far away. She should be ashamed of herself and may need to consider a profession where she doesn’t have to work with actual human beings. Pitiful…
