Stay as far away from this dentist as you can. My first procedure was a crown. He damaged the tooth next to it and tried to tell me I bit down. The crack is on the inside facing the new crown. Now he is telling me I need to spend another almost $1000 to get another crown on the tooth he broke. Prior to Covid, the office lacked a sterile atmosphere. It looks like they are making a little more of an effort out of necessity. The second event was a cleaning and they chipped the inside of my tooth. Then he wanted to charge me to look at the chip and take x-rays. This is without a doubt the worst dental experience I have ever had. They overcharge and constantly try to get you to accept extra procedures and services to increase your cost.

I have been back 4 times to get a temporary bridge put on because it keeps coming unglued. Last time didn't even last 4 hrs. He cut my gums and built up my back tooth And I'm supposed to go back in two weeks. Horrible service. He hurt me while working in my mouth. Not satisfied at all. If your appointment time is at 9 you might get in by 10. Changing doctors right away. When Dr. Taylor was there, her office staff and herself were wonderful. Never got a message or a letter stating that she was leaving. Went back with tooth pain and. New staff and doc. The bathroom was not cleaned. It looked like it had not been done in a long time. At one of my appointments to get the bridge put back on, another patient said she was cleaning the bathroom because it was so nasty. That they should pay her for her work. when you call for an appointment they send you to an answering machine and say they will return your call but they don't.

3 strikes and you're out. 3 attempts to fit a temp crown with all of them failing within 24 hours! Terrible work, terrible office staff and bookkeeping - overall TERRIBLE

6 visits to replace an 18 month old crown. Multiple visits forced to wait over an hour past appointment time. Bills for work that was warranteed.

He is very concerned about every detail to makes things perfect. Great manner and casual way about him. Hope he stays here !!
