Missed the mark-
Beware - this orthodonist gets very upset if he is called by a patient after hours for an emergency. Orthodontist care is on going - patients need to feel like they can contact the doctor if there is an emergency they cannot handle. (not feel shamed for it) It's got to be a collaborative environment and it's not at this office. No matter how good a doctor's credentials may be...if he doesn't have the same or better in bedside manner, he's not a good fit for me.
