Dr. Aicel Carbonero, DDS

I highly recommend Dr. Carbonero and words honestly can’t express how happy I am with her work. Having never had braces, at my age I felt it was finally time to do something about straightening my teeth. And thank the stars I was referred to Dr. Carbonero by my dentist because meeting her was honestly life changing. For my entire life I always hid my smile because I had two teeth pretty much turned 90 degrees, one of which was a canine that literally wrapped between the two teeth around it. Dr. Carboneo worked her magic and the results are better than I could have ever imagined. I finally get the chance to smile in public without fear and it feels absolutely wonderful and it is all thanks to Dr. Carbonero and her talented little hands. I hope this review inspires others and most importantly highlights just how happy I am with Dr. Carbonero. Oh and her new office is absolutely gorgeous.

First off, I've never been to a dental or orthodontist office or any medical related office like this before. There was no waiting, and it was just me, Dr. Carbonero and her assistants. It is such a relaxing, beautiful, and overall amazing place. Beyond that, Dr. Carbonero is by far the best for orthodontics in Miami if not all of FL. I had a bad overbite and I went to several orthodontists and they all said I would be in treatment 15-25 or more months. Thankfully I was referred to Dr. Carbonero because she completed my ortho treatment within JUST 10 MONTHS! And I'm so happy with my results. And she charges much less than others I got quoted. I ended up getting a teeth whitening done as well with no pain whatsoever and my teeth are super white now. I would recommend anyone to Dr. Carbonero as I know she is passionate about what she does and most importantly is GREAT at what she does.

I would not recommend Dr. Carbonero because although she is friendly in person and can likely fix minor problems, such as a few gaps in your teeth, she created worse problems for me with my bite and I now have pain and a cross bite I never had before. She did not fix my concerns and did not even respond to me once she was able to collect all the money for the treatment. I was luckily able to find a talented orthodontist who confirmed my concerns by comparing older x-rays and x-rays after treatment with Dr. Carbonero. He's helping me fix the damage done and I can tell a HUGE difference. If you care about your teeth, don't risk it, find a great orthodontist.

My favorite part of my son’s treatment with Dr. Carbonero and her team was that they made both of us feel at home. They gave him a smile that makes him feel more confident and ready to take on the world. I get compliments all the time from family and friends about his transition because his teeth were very crooked. I still can’t believe how great his smile turned out. She truly is the best in all of Miami! Thank you Dr. Carbonero!
