Dr. El Zawi damaged my inferior alveolar nerve when he extracted a lower right wisdom tooth. Dr. El Zawi nor Chas health followed up with me regarding the numbness in my face and stiff jaw following the extraction a month after I made them aware of the complications. I continue to experience severe pain.
