6-7 shots of a new brand of novocane...My tooth area never truly numbed. Drilling hurt. Left with a hole in my crown and a promise to get a call back when the "good" novocane arrives.
Unlikely I will return. Spent the holiday weekend with an achy tooth that has a hole in it where she drilled to start removing the crown and couldn't finish because of the pain.

Dr. Grant, and the entire staff are incredible. My problem is that I have spent 10's of thousands of dollars on my teeth and now I have no other, affordable, options but to remove all of my teeth on the bottom and get a denture. I wish I could get monetary credit for all the money I've spent with your company for what my dentists and your firms sales pitch determined what is best for me. Ironically, you'll get paid for my denture as well.
