My association with Dr. Adriana Leone and her establishment, Wall Street Dental Spa, has unfortunately been characterized by a series of irregularities in communication, treatment, and billing. Initially, I held a positive outlook towards the treatments suggested by Dr. Adriana Leone and her practice. As time progressed, however, I encountered notable issues pertaining to the billing procedures, resulting in unforeseen out-of-pocket expenses which were initially indicated as being covered by my insurance. Moreover, my treatment was halted abruptly without sufficient justification and there was an unexpected demand for additional payment for a procedure that was prepaid in its entirety. Regrettably, the absence of transparent and truthful communication, along with seemingly capricious billing practices, has undermined my trust and confidence in Wall Street Dental Spa. I sincerely hope that future patients receive treatment characterized by enhanced transparency and integrity. Therefore, it is with regret that I express my inability to recommend Dr. Leone or Wall Street Dental Spa based on these frequent experiences. I would advise prospective patients to exercise caution with this practice. If you are currently engaged with them, I strongly recommend a meticulous review of your treatment plans, billing procedures, and insurance coverages as you continue to interact with this practice.

I have been going to Dr. Leone for many years and couldnt be more pleased. The office is immaculate and her demeanor is warm and welcoming. You can tell that she has experience and a soft touch. I love going to this office.

I have been a patient of Dr Leone for over 10 years and I have always found her professional and caring but most important honest. She runs her business with integrity. These reviews dont represent the fact that she has grown her business very fast in the time I have been her patient and that proves to me that she is doing something right. Stay away at all costs from Dr. Adriana Leone and Wall Street Dental Spa (30 Wall St.). I was a patient for over 5 years and was generally happy.
