Biography: Dr. Gibson is a board certified Colon and Rectal Surgeon. He completed General Surgery residency at the Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, Ohio followed by Colon and Rectal Surgery fellowship at Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island. Dr. Gibson treats a broad spectrum of colon and rectal conditions such as hemorrhoids, anal pain, pilonidal disease, fecal incontinence, rectal prolapse, diverticulitis, colon cancer and rectal cancer. He performs minimally invasive (keyhole) surgery including robotic procedures. Dr. Gibson also performs colonoscopies for screening and surveillance of colorectal cancer.
